We count ourselves lucky every time that we get to play, not least in Dubai but at The One & Only. We were standing there sound checking when the couple flew in and landed in a helicopter on the beach.

That was the start of the most magical evening in the desert, with food to die for and the most incredible production. It was down to our nine piece to perform before the guests moved across the venue where our DJ was ready to kick off the after party.
